03 · Without travelling
Almost everything is done remotely
Distance from the office counts for little. The matters that come round every year, from the 730 (the tax return for employees and pensioners) to bookkeeping, are handled with documents sent by email or placed in a shared folder, with a meeting by phone or video call when something needs deciding.
- Documents: you send them by email or WhatsApp, or upload them to a shared folder; we give you the checklist beforehand.
- Meetings: phone or video call, by appointment, outside office hours too if agreed.
- Signatures: where the rules allow, you sign remotely; for CAF (authorised tax assistance centre) matters that require signing in person, everything is concentrated in one appointment.
- Deadlines: the reminder arrives before every payment, with the list of what is needed.
CAF matters that require identifying the taxpayer (for example some ISEE declarations and mandates) call for a visit to the office: a single appointment is fixed and everything is closed in one go.

By metro
Line 1, Pozzo Strada station: from there the office is a few minutes on foot through the neighbourhood's streets.
By car
From the ring road, corso Francia or corso Regina Margherita exit, then towards Pozzo Strada. Parking in the surrounding streets, pay-and-display during the day.
From the suburban municipalities
Collegno, Grugliasco and Rivoli are on the same corso Francia axis; Moncalieri, Nichelino, Settimo and Venaria are a quarter of an hour away by ring road.

Do you make home or business visits?
For businesses in the suburbs, when the documents need to be seen on site, a meeting at the company can be arranged. For individuals a remote meeting covers almost every situation.
My neighbourhood is not on the list: what changes?
