Voluntary statement
Accessibility of this website
This practice is a private professional and is not among the parties required by Italian law to publish an accessibility statement. We publish one anyway, because people with a disability have the right to know what to expect before they open a page.
This translation is provided for convenience; the Italian version prevails.
The level we aim for
Our reference is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, level AA. We do not claim full conformance, because it has not been verified by a third party: we state that the website has been built following those guidelines, and below we set out plainly the points that are still not covered.
What already works
- Keyboard navigation. All controls (menus, panels, header sliders, forms) can be reached with the Tab key and activated with Enter or the space bar. The menu panel closes with Esc and returns focus to the button that opened it.
- Skip to content. The first element on every page is a link that takes you straight to the main content, skipping the header.
- Heading structure. Every page has a single H1 and a continuous heading hierarchy, with no skipped levels: this is how a screen reader builds the page outline.
- Alternative text. Every photograph has a text description that says what it shows, not the file name. Purely decorative images are marked as such and are ignored by screen readers.
- Contrast. Text and backgrounds meet the minimum ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text, in both the light and the dark theme.
- Zoom. The website remains usable up to 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling and without content being cut off. Text is sized in relative units, so it follows the browser settings.
- Motion. Anyone who has turned on reduced motion in their operating system does not see the automatic scrolling of the header images or the fade-in animations.
- Declared language. Every page declares its own language, including the English and Romanian versions, so that speech synthesis uses the correct pronunciation.
- No third-party content. The site loads no external resources and uses no cookies: even the office map is drawn by the practice, with alternative text and the address written out in full.
What does not work yet
We list the known limitations, and we are committed to resolving them:
- The website has not undergone an external audit or testing with users of assistive technologies. The checks so far have been automated and manual, carried out internally.
- Some comparison tables are wide and, on narrow screens, need horizontal scrolling inside their box. The content can be reached, but it is not comfortable to read.
- Downloadable documents to be published in future are not yet covered by this statement: they will be made accessible before publication.
How to report an accessibility problem
If a page cannot be used with your assistive technology, write to info@studiocontabiledetax.it stating the page, what you were trying to do and which tool you are using. We normally reply within one working day and, if the problem is on our side, we fix it.
If you need the service straight away and the website is getting in your way, call or write: anything that can be done online can also be done by phone or video call, and your paperwork is prepared all the same.
Updates
This statement was drawn up on 3 August 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment, and it is reviewed whenever the website changes significantly.
