Frequently asked questions
Is the first appointment free?
The first introductory contact, in which we work out whether and how to work together, involves no commitment and no cost. If during the meeting we go into the substance with analysis, calculations or opinions, that is already professional work: in that case I tell you beforehand, not afterwards.
Do you only work with clients in Turin?
The practice is based in Turin and most clients are in the city or the metropolitan area, but almost everything can be handled online. For some CAF (authorised tax assistance centre) procedures, however, you have to be identified in person: in that case at least one visit to the office is needed.
How do I send you documents?
By email for ordinary documents, or through the secure exchange area set up for you when the engagement starts. It is better to avoid unprotected channels for identity documents and sensitive data: in my first reply I tell you the right channel.
How quickly can I get an answer if it is urgent?
For real emergencies (a deadline a few days away, a notice you have received, a property deed about to be signed) it is better to call. The online form is meant for ordinary requests and is answered within one working day.
What data do you collect with this form?
Only what you write: name, contact details and the text of your request, used solely to reply to you. There are no profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools on this website. The details are in the privacy notice.
